We require a 48-hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If a request to reschedule or cancel an appointment occurs less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. Any previously paid booking fee will be applied toward the rescheduling fee. Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled 48-hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a rescheduling fee.
